1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Relaio AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Service Description
Relaio AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to connect their own WhatsApp Business and Facebook accounts using Meta’s official APIs to manage messaging, leads, and automation workflows.
Relaio AI is not owned by Meta and does not resell Meta services.
3. WhatsApp & Meta API Usage
By connecting your Meta or WhatsApp Business account, you authorize Relaio AI to access platform data on your behalf through Meta’s APIs.
- WhatsApp messaging costs are charged directly by Meta
- Relaio AI does not control Meta billing or pricing
- You must comply with all Meta and WhatsApp policies
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business information
- Maintain your own Meta Business billing
- Use WhatsApp messaging responsibly and legally
- Comply with local laws and Meta policies
- Relaio AI is not responsible for account restrictions or suspensions imposed by Meta.
5. Billing & Payments
Relaio AI may charge subscription or usage-based fees for platform services.
These fees do not include:
- WhatsApp message charges
- Facebook advertising costs
- All third-party charges are billed separately by Meta.
6. Data Ownership
- You retain ownership of your data. Relaio AI only processes data to deliver the service.
- Upon account termination, data processing will cease according to our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Relaio AI is not liable for:
- Message delivery failures caused by Meta
- Service interruptions from third-party APIs
- Data loss outside our reasonable control
- Use of the platform is at your own risk.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Meta policies, or applicable laws.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

11. Data Protection & GDPR
11.1 GDPR Applicability
Where applicable, Relaio AI processes personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users located in the European Union or whose data is subject to GDPR protections.
11.2 Role of Relaio AI
For GDPR, Relaio AI acts as a data processor, while the customer acts as the data controller for all personal data processed through the platform.
11.3 Legal Basis
Personal data is processed based on one or more of the following lawful bases:
(a) Explicit user consent
(b) Contractual necessity to provide the service
(c) Legitimate interests related to platform security, compliance, and service reliability
11.4 User Rights
Customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with the Relaio AI Privacy Policy.
11.5 Data Deletion
Upon verified request or account termination, Relaio AI will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is legally required.
11.6 Data Transfers
Personal data may be processed outside the European Union using GDPR-compliant safeguards and subprocessors.
